These terms govern your booking with Bridgerton Residences ("the host", "we"). Your stay is a direct arrangement between you and the host; the host is solely responsible for the property and the stay.
1. Booking & confirmation
A request becomes a confirmed booking once the host accepts it and any required payment is received. The price shown for your dates, including any taxes shown, is the amount payable unless we tell you otherwise.
2. Payment
Payments are collected through the host's payment provider. The host does not store your full card details.
3. Check-in & identification
You agree to provide accurate guest details at check-in. As required by law, the host may need to verify the identity of all guests, and to register foreign nationals with the authorities (Form C / FRRO). Where you share identity documents, you do so with the host directly.
4. House rules & conduct
You agree to use the property responsibly, respect occupancy limits and any house rules provided, and are responsible for damage caused during your stay.
5. Cancellation
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the host's Cancellation & Refund Policy and the policy shown on your chosen listing.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the host's liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking. The host is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
