These terms govern your booking with Bridgerton Residences ("the host", "we"). Your stay is a direct arrangement between you and the host; the host is solely responsible for the property and the stay.
1. Booking & confirmation
A request becomes a confirmed booking once the host accepts it and any required payment is received. The price shown for your dates, including any taxes shown, is the amount payable unless we tell you otherwise.
2. Payment
Payments are collected through the host's payment provider. The host does not store your full card details.
3. Check-in, check-out & identification
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability — please request them in advance.
- The minimum age to check in is 18 years. Guests under 18 are welcome only when accompanied by a parent or adult guardian staying in the same booking. Couples are welcome with valid IDs.
- Every adult guest must present a government-issued photo ID at check-in: Aadhaar, passport, driving licence or voter ID. PAN cards are not accepted as identity proof. Local (same-city) IDs are accepted.
- Foreign nationals must present a passport with a valid visa; the host registers foreign guests with the authorities as required by law (Form C / FRRO).
- Where you share identity documents, you do so with the host directly.
4. Occupancy, house rules & conduct
- Every guest counts toward the listing's occupancy limit, regardless of age. Extra bedding, where offered, is chargeable.
- Registered guests only — only guests named on the reservation may stay at or enter the residence; visitors are not permitted.
- Quiet hours after 8:00 PM — please keep noise considerate out of respect for fellow guests and neighbours.
- No smoking inside the residence. A deep-cleaning fee may be charged if smoking is detected indoors.
- No pets.
- No parties, events or commercial shoots.
You agree to use the property responsibly and are responsible for damage caused during your stay. Where a security deposit applies, it is held against damage and returned after check-out subject to the condition of the residence.
5. Cancellation
One policy applies across all Bridgerton Residences listings, counted by calendar date against your check-in:

from 1 day before check-in
Date changes are free until 5 days before check-in, subject to availability and any rate difference. Unused nights after check-in are not refunded. Full details — including refund processing times — are in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. If a listing displays a different policy at booking, that listing's policy prevails.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the host's liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking. The host is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
