1. Cancelling your booking
To cancel, contact the host as early as possible using the details below. The applicable refund depends on the policy shown for your booking and how far ahead of check-in you cancel.
2. Refunds
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider, typically within a few business days.
3. Host cancellation
If the host has to cancel a confirmed booking, you will be offered a full refund of amounts paid for that booking.
4. No-show & early departure
Unless stated otherwise in the listing's policy, no-shows and early departures are generally non-refundable.
