Bridgerton Residences is the data fiduciary for the personal data you provide when you enquire, book or check in. This notice explains how the host uses it under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP).
1. What the host collects
Your name and contact details; booking and stay details; check-in details and, where required by law, identity information; and communications with the host. Payment is handled by the host's payment provider — the host does not store your full card number.
2. Why
To respond to and manage your booking, run your stay, meet legal obligations (including guest registration and tax), and — only with your consent — send you offers.
3. Identity documents
Where you share identity documents (for example over WhatsApp), they go to the host directly. Klauud does not collect guest ID documents through the booking form; if the host keeps a copy, it is stored privately with access-controlled, time-limited links.
4. Who processes it
The host uses Klauud as its software processor, which in turn relies on infrastructure providers (database/hosting/email) acting under contract. The host does not sell your personal data.
5. Retention
The host keeps your data only as long as needed for your booking and to meet legal and tax obligations, then deletes or anonymises it. Identity documents are kept only as long as the law requires.
6. Your rights
Subject to the DPDP Act you may ask the host to access, correct or erase your data, or withdraw consent. Contact the host below.
